Gentlemen:
This letter supplements my letter of May 25 concern-ing Consumers Power Company's motion for an injunction with respect to the administrative action of the NRC Staff in seeking information under 10 C.F.R. 50. 54 (f) (see the letter dated May 21, 1982 from Gus C. Lainas to David J. VandeWalle).
I wish to correct the reference in yesterday's letter to O'Neill Contention IIC.
The Board should refer to the testi-mony of NRC witness Kenneth S. Herring filed in connection with Christa-Maria Contention 8 and O'Neill Contention IIE-2, specifi-cally pages three through five; and Consumers Power Company witness Raymond F. Sacramo filed in connection with the same contentions.
