This letter concerns the implementation of your recently approve Physical Protection Plan and the schedule for completion of certain construction associated with that plan. As stipulated in 10 CFR 73.20(c)(2),
the plan must be implemented 90 days after approval except for activities identified as major construction, significant modification and major installation for which 180 days are allowed. As was briefly indicated to your staff during the meeting at your facility on February 11-12, 1982, interim measures meeting the new regulatory requirements will have to be provided if the regulatory date cannot be met.
You are therefore requested to submit for approval an updated listing of all construction related activities which will be completed after June 26, 1982 and the date for their completion.
It is recomended that a split page format be used to identify the plan comitments on one side and on the other side the interim measures to be provided until final construction / modification /
installation can be completed.
Your submission should be provided to this office no later than April 9,1982.
