License No. R-38 for your TRIGA Mark I reactor. This amendment consists of changes to the Appendix A Technical Specifications appended to the license in response to your application dated November 2,1981, as supplemented by letter dated February 22, 1982. We have made sone minor modifications to your submittal and your staff has agreed to them.
This amendment revises the Technical Specifications to allow your neutron radiography program to be extended to include certain new explosive devices typically being used or studied by various government agencies and their contractors.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed.
