Dear Mr. Schiff:
This supplements my letter dated January 25, 1982, and is in further response to your letter dated November 16, 1981, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of any and all records relating to a license held by New York Shipbuilding Corporation, Camden, New Jersey, in the early 1960's.
In further response to your request, there is listed on Appendix A hereto four additional documents subject to your request which are being released in their entirety.
Copies of these documents are enclosed.
The charge for reproducing records not located in the NRC Public Document Room is five cents ($0.05) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(b).
Accordingly, the cost of reproducing the previously provided 305 pages, and the enclosed 70 additional pages, is $18.75.
You will be billed for this amount by our Division of Accounting.
This completes our action on your request.
