70-1201/82-06 This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. J. B. Kahle of this office on April 5-9, 1982, cf activities authorized by NRC License No. SNM-1168 for the Commercial Nuclear Fuel Plant facility and to the dis-cussion of our findings held with Mr. Zeff of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during the inspection and our findings are discussed in the enclosed inspection report.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations or deviations were disclosed.
One new unresolved item resulted from this inspection and is discussed in the enclosed report. This item will be examined during subsequent inspections.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and the enclosure will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room unless you notify this office, by telephone, within ten days of the date of this letter and submit written appli-cation to withhold information contained therein within thirty days of the date of this letter.
Such application must be consistent with the requirements of 10 CFR 2.790(b)(1).
