Dear Mr. Denton:
The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company, acting on its own behalf and as agent for Toledo Edison, Ohio Edison, Duquesne Light, and Pennsylvania Power, is filing herewith three originals plus 60 copies of Amendment 7 to the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) for the Perry Nuclear Power Plant, Units I and 2.
This Amendment consists of miscellaneous changes to update the FSAR and incorporates previously submitted responses to the Reactor Systems, Auxiliary Systems, Core Performance, Initial Test and Instrumentation and Controls Systems questions.
In addition, revisions to the PNPP Training Program and the results of the ECCS and ODYN transient analysis have been incorporated.
This Amendment is in a format designed to keep current the license application and FSAR.
Please insert the revised Amendment 7 material dated May 27, 1982, into the Final Safety Analysis Report as per the attached Amendment 7 Instruction Sheet.
