(175) Congregate care and reception centers are not legally con-tracted to be supplied.
Centers should include, but not be limited to the following " supplies":
(a)
Radiation detection equipment, independent water supply for showers and containment of that water, bottled water for drinking, food - properly stored and protected, medicines, blankets, clothing, diapers, means for disposing of contaminated clothing and other items, professional medical and psychological staff trained to handle this type of trauma.

No.
Centers must be prepared at all times.

The age group encompassed by " children" includes anyone 18 years and under.
(c)
That information is not available to us at this time.
(d)
Common sense would show that, due to the long-range and unknown consequences of a radiological emergency, those entrusted with the care of children would be unable to convincingly comfort and reassure those children.
The time span of a radiological emergency is unknown and possibly long-term, whereas other natural disasters have a more finite time span.
The deep distrust of the utilities and their information by those respon-sible for children affects their responsiveness to children.
