Enclosed is a copy of ALAB-676, which was issued today in the above-styled proceeding.
As noted therein, this decision concludes the Appeal Board's consideration of the turbine missile issue.
As you are aware, however, it is subject to further Commission review.
For this reason, the documents furnished to the Board which assertedly contain proprietary information will be retained for the time being to assure their availability

to the Commission.
Once the Commission has completed or declined review, those documents which originated with Westinghouse will be returned to that company in accordance with ALAB-555, 10 NRC 23, 29 (1979).
Exhibit V-4 (the Stone and Webster report) will be returned to you for such disposition as you deem appropriate.
