This is an affirmation session. We will have the Secretary walk through 4
the items on the agenda.
MR. CHILK: The paper up for affinnation is SECY-82-171 which 5
is an NRDC Motion to Supplement the record of the Waste Confidence 6
Proceeding.
7 In this paper the Comission is being asked to consider a 8
motion to accept certain additional items into the record of the Waste 9
Confidence Rulemaking proceeding and to address the general question of to how the Commission should treat additional filings by participants at this stage of the proceeding.
33 The Chairman, Commissioners Gilinsky and Ahearne have approved the Order which permits a submission of new, relevant infonnation into 13 (Q
the record.
Comissioner Roberts has disapproved.
