2:00 PM - 4:00 PM Location: Seabrook Construction Site NRC staff and FEMA representatives tour the site for a general familiarization of the site layout, then observe the status of the following specific facilities:
Technical Support Center Operations Support Center Emergency Operations Facility Laboratories (post-accident sampling facilities)
Nore: The scope of this familiarization tour is limited entirely to onsite facilities, and is, therefore, not open to the general public.

NRC staff meets with Seabrook representatives to discuss the following:
NRC independent evacuation analysis On-site appraisal plans and requirements Exercise dates Scheduling of state and local planning actions I
FEMA intentions for warning systems tests Response centers (construction schedules, evaluation criteria, appraisals).

o I After the above items have been discussed, staff and applicant representatives review applicant responses to staff requests for additional infonnation that have resulted from review of the operating license application.
4 When the above reviews have been completed, participants may initiate discussions of any additional emergency preparedness related matters, within the time frame established for this meeting.
