SECY-82-190 - Approval Under Section 145 b. of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as Amended, for the Employment of Mr. James P. Jordan as a Consultant to Commissioner Thomas M.
Roberts and for Access to National Security Information and Restricted Data The Commission, by a vote of 3-0 (Chairman Palladino and Commissioners Ahearne and Roberts approving; Commissioner Gilinsky abstaining because he had not had an opportunity to review the SECY paper) (1) determined pursuant to Section 145 b. of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, that the employment of Mr. Jordan as a consultant to Commissioner Roberts and permitting him access to National Security Information and Restricted Data is clearly consistent with the national interest; and (2) granted Mr. Jordan an NRC "Q" access authorization.
