THE DETROIT EDISON COMPANY (Enrico Fermi Atomic Power Docket No. 50-341 Plant Unit No. 2)

AMENDMENT NO. 42 TO AMENDED AND SUBSTITUTED APPLICATION FOR LICENSES THE DETROIT EDISON COMPANY, Applicant in the above captioned proceeding, hereby files Amendment No. 42 to its Amended and Substituted Application for Licenses for the purpose of transmitting additional information requested by the Regulatory Staff, including revisions to Chapters 11 and 12 of Applicant's Final Safety Analysis Report to reflect modifications in the Fermi 2 liquid radwaste system, and new Appendix llB which contains information on the new on-site storage facility for low-level radioactive waste.

In addition, revisions have been made to Appendix H, primarily Section III.
