_l MOTION FOR EXTENSION I request an extension to file my testimony on the history of plant management.
ThetestimonyandpreparationwNbdetail:
Consumers Power foot-dragging on NRC mandated modifications; Poor ALARA program; L.E.R's and repeated uncorrected failures of equipment; High emissions; and other matters, possibly including testimony from a former plant employee.
I By extending the filing deadline for this contention five days, the Board recognized on May 6 my difficulty in partici-pating while being necessarily personally highly involved in reno-vating the family restaurant.
This work has been very heavy and has prevented me from making the former deadline.
I am asking for an extension of only one week, until May 24, for me to file this valuable testimony.
I point out that the staff has received an extension to that same date.
I can file this testimony by spe-cial delivery on that day.
