Dear Mr. Denton:
In accordance with the provisions of Title 10 Part 50.54(p) Code of Federal Regulations we are transmitting Revision No. 17 to the R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, Unit No. 1 Security Plan.
The revisions which have been made to sections 1.4.1 - 1.4.2 - 1.4.3.1 -
1.4.4 address our comiiiitments.in relation to selection, screening, training and retraining of members of the security force. We have made these revisions in order to make our Security PL,an consistent with our recently approved Training and Qualification Plan. These' revisions to the Security Plan do not decrease or degrade the effectiveness of security at Ginna Station.
Enclosed for your records are five copies of revised pages 1:9,1:11 and 1:12. Sections of these pages wh'ich have been revised are denoted by the numeral seventeen (17) appearing in the right hand margin.
