The Virginia Electric and Power Company hereby submits five(5) copies of Amendment four to our topical report enti-tied, " Quality Assurance Program-Operations Phase" (VEP-1-4A) for approval.
This amendment reflects major changes in both on-site and off-site Quality Assurance Organization as well as program revisions prompted by Vepco's desire to upgrade its Quality Assurance Program.
When approved by you, this amended topical report shall be applicable to Surry Power Station Units 1 and 2, North Anna Power Station Units 1 and 2, and North Anna Power Station Unit 3, when this unit transitions from the construction phase to the operationel phase.
The enclosed amended report is considered non-proprietary in its entirety.
