Subject:
Raquest for Proposal No. RS-RES-82-002 Entitled: "Near-Ground Tornado Wind Fields" The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission (NRC) is soliciting proposals for the project entitled above.
The full scope of work anticipated is as set forth in that part of the Request for Proposal entitled, " CONTRACT SCilEDULE - STATEMENT OF WORK."
It is our intention by this solicitation to secure the best qualified organiza-tion available to perform this project, cost and other factors considered.
If you desire to respond, your proposal should address the proposal content requirements set forth in the body of the solicitation.
All proposals will be evaluated against the evaluation criteria shown in Part II.
For your convenience, an "RFP Summary" has been provided as Enclosure A.
Instructions for completing and submitting your proposal are provided in Enclosure B.
Should you determine that you do not wish to submit an offer, a "NO-0FFER RESPONSE FORM" is provided,as Enclosure C.
The solicitation package is included as Enclosure D.
