Expiration of License The inspector contacted the licensee by phone on March 4, 1982 and notified him that License SNM-1687 had expired on November 30, 1981.
The licensee informed the inspector that he possessed no spread nuclear material and wished to have this license terminated.
This was confirmed in a letter sent by the licensee to the Regional Office on April 8, 1982.

Evaluation by the Regional Office Region I has evaluated the information supplied by the licensee and has determined that a closecut survey is not necessary and that this license should be retired.
