WASHIflGT0fl PUBLIC POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM (WPPSS Huclear Project Nos. 4 & 5)
Receipt of Petition Under 10 CFR 2.206 ilotice is hereby given that by petition dated March 17, 1982, the Coalition for Safe Pwer, Portland Oregon, has requested pursuant to 10 CFR 2.206 that the Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation order the Washington Power Supply System (WPPSS) to show cause why the construction permits for its Huclear Project hos. 4 and 5 should not be revoked. The Coalition believes such action is appropriate in view of WPPSS's decision to terminate construction of the projects. As pro-vided in 10 CFR 2.206, appropriate action will be taken on the petition within a reasonable tine.
Copies of the petition are available for public inspection in the Comis-sion's public document room at 1717 H Street, it.W., Washington, D. C., and in the local public document roops at the Richland Public Library, Swif t and Northgate Streets, Richland, WA 99352 and the W. H. Abel Memorial Library,125 Main Street, South, Montesano, WA 98563.
