Dear Mr. Denton:
The attachment to this letter responds to the comitments made during the exit interview of the routine safety inspection conducted during January 12-15, 1982 at the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant and transmitted by Mr. J. A. Hind on February 11, 1982. The inspection summary is documented in USNRC Region III Report Nos. 50-315/82-01; 50-316/82-01.
The attachment provides revised values for the summation of all gaseous effluent releases shown on page A-6 of the Semi-Annual Radioactive Release Report for the period from January 1, 1981 to June 30, 1981. This report was previously transmitted to you under our letter AEP:NRC:0617A of October 1,1981.
Holders of the original report should include a copy of this attachment as indicated.
This document has been prepared following Corporate Procedures which incorporate a reasonable set of controls to insure its accuracy and completeness prior to signature by the undersigned.
