- 33. itscaLPliON Of AMI ND MI N1/ MODif lCAlaOH Pursuant to Clause No. '34 of the General Provisions entitled " Negotiated Overhead, Rates,"
the fallowing modification is made:
ARTICLE IV - ALLOWABLE COST / COMPENSATION, Paragraph A, Indirect Costs, is amended as follows:
"1.
Indirect overhead costs shall be reimbursed at a final rate of 85.58% for FY 1979 and 84.64% for FY 1980 of allowable direct costs for salaries and wages.
Employee benefits :shall be reimbursed at a final rate of 35.37% for FY 1979 and 35.81% for FY 1980 of allowable direct costs for salaries and wages.
2.
General and Administrative expenses shall be reimbursed at a final rate of 11.85% for FY 1979 and 12.44% for FY 1980 of total costs less General and Administrative expenses and non-expendable equipment."
