Pursuant to the Freedcxn of Infonnation Act as amended (5 U.S.C. 522),
I hereby request a copy of the "on site" portion of the scenario for the exercised of the emergency plans at the Indian Point nuclear power plants which took place on burch 3rd, 1982.
We are particularly interested in details of the activity sequence which took place inside the Unit 3 reactor, including nochanical failures, releases,and dose levels.
We are interested in this material for our research on emergency plan-ning in New York State.
As provided in your regulations implementing the Freedom of Information Act, I look forward to your response within ten w rking days, and please notify me if the estimated cost incurred exceeds $25.00.
