Reference:

Westinghouse Letter No. LA 82-70, dated March 26, 1982 from A. J. Nardi to R. G. Page The Westinghouse Electric Corporation hereby submits the attached additional information for our application to amend License SNM-1107 (Reference 1).

The application for amendment requests approval of two related operations,

1) the handling of bulk U0, powder under moderation controlled conditions, and 2) the incorporation of the Integrated Dry Route (IDR) powder conversion p rocess. Attached is a listing of those pages of the application (Reference 1) which describes the systems and establish the requirements for the bulk U0 2 powder handling process.

The comments given on the listing identify those pages which also have wording which is applicable to the IDR process.

The remaining pages of Reference i are applicable only to the IDR process portion of the amendment request.
