I am employed as a Senior klectrical Engineer in the Equipment Qualification Branch, Division of Engineering, U.S.
- Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, D.C.
Education

B.S_. Electrical Engineering, Pennsylvania State University 1963; Graduate Studies, Electrical Engineering, George Washington University 1964/1965; MIT Reactor Safety Course; NRC Nuclear Engineering Course; NRC PWR/BWR Technology Courses; NRC BWR Simulator Course and NRC Radiation Safety Training Program.
Experience I joined the U.S. NRC in January 1975 as an Electrical Engineer and have performed licensing case reviews and reviews of licensed power reactors en the' operability and functional capability of safety-related instru-mentation and control systems and electrical equipment under noma 1, ebnormal and accident conditions.
I have held my present position in the Equipment Qualification Branch since June 1981, and serve as principal reviewer of the environmental qualification of electrical and mechanical equipment associated with systems that are essential to emergency reactor t
shutdown, containment isolation, reactor core cooling, containment and reactor heat removal and prevention of radioactive material to the environment.
