Dear Chairman Palladino:
I hope that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission,will allow Suffolk County to complete its study of an emergency response plan for the LILCO plan in Shomham, New York, rather than LILCO's draf t Radiological Emergency Response Plan, which Suffolk County has disavowed. I think it is important for the people who have to live with this plan to be reassured that it is safe as humanly possible.
