All documents found out of date have been updated.

A memo has been issued to all holders of controlled copies of Admin-istrative Procedures emphasizing eneir responsibility to maintain their copies current and up to date.

Department superintendents have been reminded they are ultimately responsible for the status of department documents. A follow up surveillance audit by the QA department will be performed to assure Administrative Procedure adherence.
