Enclosed for filing with the Commission are three originals and 19 copies of an Amendment to Philadelphia Electric Company's December 22, 1977 Application for Amend-ment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56.
This Amendment revises the December 1977 Application to conform to the design for a second level of undervoltage protection for safety related loads evaluated by the NRC Staff in its Safety Evaluation Report dated February 18, 1982.
