Evaluation of the significance of Potentially Reportable Deficiency No. 74 has been completed in accordance with 10CFR50.55(e), and this item is considered nonreportable.
Review of documentation and inspection of Emergency Diesel Generator Sets A and B confirm that General Electric Company High Speed Differential Relays, Model No. GE-12CFD12BlA, are not utilized or installed at the Waterford 3 Site. Therefore, based on this information, Potentially Reportable Deficiency No. 74 is considered nonreportable under the requirements of 10CFR50.55(e).
