,'1982' From March 1 to March 26, unit was shutdown for refueling outage. At 0507

-hours on March 26, the reactor was brought critical and plant heatup com-menced. Experienced increase in Relief Valve tail pipe temperatures and unit was brought sub-critical at 0553 hours0.0064 days <br />0.154 hours <br />9.143518e-4 weeks <br />2.104165e-4 months <br />. Discussed relief valve tail-pipe temperatures with vendor who recommended going to higher pressure.

Reactor was taken critical again at 1153' hours. At 1400 hours0.0162 days <br />0.389 hours <br />0.00231 weeks <br />5.327e-4 months <br />, RV-203-3A lifted at approximately 30 psig. The unit was immediately shutdown.

On March 27, after repairs to relief valves were completed, the reactor was taken critical-at 702 hours0.00813 days <br />0.195 hours <br />0.00116 weeks <br />2.67111e-4 months <br />. At 2115 hours0.0245 days <br />0.588 hours <br />0.0035 weeks <br />8.047575e-4 months <br />, a shutdown was initiated due to reactor water level-indication problems. Mode switch was placed in shut-down at 0412 hours0.00477 days <br />0.114 hours <br />6.812169e-4 weeks <br />1.56766e-4 months <br /> on March 28, 1982. The reactor was again brought. critical l,

The reactor was brought critical at 0852 hours0.00986 days <br />0.237 hours <br />0.00141 weeks <br />3.24186e-4 months <br /> on March 29, and increased pressure to approximately 150 psig in order to test HPCI, RCIC and ADS.

On March 31, at 2400 hours0.0278 days <br />0.667 hours <br />0.00397 weeks <br />9.132e-4 months <br />, the reactor was at approximately 10% power-l awaiting a turbine generator roll.

The fuel, which had been loaded during the 1981 scheduled refueling outage, is of the same P8x_8R desi.gn, as loaded the previous outage con-sisting of 112 P8DRB282 assemblies and 60 P8DRB265 as'semblies.

(a) The ctation is presently licensed to store 2320 spent fuel assemblies.

The actual spent fuel storage capacity is 1770 fuel assemblies at present.

(b) The planned spent fuel storage capacity is 2320 fuel assemblies.

With present spent fuel in storage, the spent fuel pool now has the captcity to accommodate an additional 834 fuel assemblies.
