Tht: will acknowledge your letter of April 13, 1982, responding to our _ letter and Notice of Violation of March 25, 1982.
The NRC is now requesting public comment on the proposed Tc-99m pentatate sodium lung imaging petition and is also considering authorizing several other new pro-cedures for routine use. However, in the interim, the only acceptable method of performing direct Tc-99m cystogram studies is via an FDA accepted IND under 10 CFR 35.100(c)(5), or by license amendment.
