DPR-77 AND DPR-79 The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission (the Comission) has issued Amendment No.13 to f acility Operating License No. DPR-77 and Anendnent No. 4 to Facility Operating License DPR-79, issued to Tennessee Valley Authority (licensee) for the Sequoyah Plant, Units 1 and 2 (the facilities) located in Hamilton County, Tennessee.
These anendaents change various sections of the Technical Specifications related to fire hose test pressure requirements, vital battery surveillance, ice bed tenperature determination, isolation valve closing times, downscale failure alarms, visual inspection schedule on snubbers, maxiron enrichnent for reload fuel, quality assurance nonitorinq of plant effluents, land use census, and system flushing.
The amendnents are ef fective as of their dates of issuance.
The applications for the amendments comply with the standards and requirenents of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as anended (the Act), and the Comission's regu-lations. The Comission has nade appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Conaission's regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I, which are set forth in the N e-vruc license amendnents. Prior public notice of these ar.endments was not required since O h n.
