This is in partial response to your letter dated February 16,1982 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, three categories of records pertaining to the Action Plan Tracking System Report (APTS). This confirms the information relayed during the telephone conversation between you and Linda Robinson on March 5, 1982.
At this time we are placing the records requested under category A of your request, iterations 1 (November 1980) and 2 (February 1981) of the APTS, in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) for your inspection and copying. You may obtain access to these records by either presenting a copy of this letter to the PDR or requesting folder F01A-82-103 filed under your name.
