1.
correct an administrative error in Article VI, Paragraph A.1 as to the base on which the overhead rate will be computed; 2.
recognize the final indirect rates payable under this contract pursuant to Clause No. 34 of the General Provisions entitled " Negotiated Overhead Rates;" and 3.
deobligate the unliquidated balance in the contract of $387.00.
Therefore ARTICLE IV - ALLOWABLE COST / COMPENSATION, Paragraph A, Indirect Costs, is acended as follows:
"1.
Indirect overhead costs shall be reimbursed at a final rate of 85.58% for FY 1979 and 84.64% for FY 1980 of allowable direct costs for salaries and wages. Employee benefits shall be reimbursed at a final rate of 35.37% for FY 1979 and 35.81% for FY 1980 of allowable direct costs for salaries and wages.

General and Administrative expenses shall be reimbursed at a final rate of 11.85% for FY 1979 and 12.44% for FY 1980 of total costs less General and Administrative expenses and non-expendable equipment."
i The amount of $387.00 is hereby deobligated, and as a result the to+'1 amount of the contract is decreased by that amount from $84,820 to $84,433.
