Dear Mr. Kooi:
This is in response to your letter dated March 15, 1982, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, five categories of records pertaining to contract NRC-03-82-096.
Our response to each category is noted below.
1.
A copy of the requested contract has already been made available for public inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR), 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20555.
2.
During a telephone conversation between you and Linda Robinson on April 1,1982, you agreed to accept a nonproprietary version of the requested proposal.
Copies of nonproprietary versions of the proposal and the addendum, as identified on the enclosed appendix, are being placed in the PDR for your inspection and copying. These records will be filed in folder F01A-82-144 under your name.
3.
A list of all bidders, as identified on the enclosed appendix, is being placed in the PDR folder in F01A-82-144.
4.
Copies of requested progress reports submitted to date, as identified on the enclosed appendix, are being placed in the PDR in folder F01A-82-144.
5.
The record identified on the enclosed appendix is being placed in the PDR in folder F01A-82-144.
You may obtain access to the requested records by presenting a copy of this letter to the PDR or requesting a copy of the contract and folder F01A-82-144.
There is no charge for inspecting records at the PDR.
The charge for copying records maintained at the PDR is five ($0.05) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(a).

s Mr. Bruce Kooi If you do not wish to visit the POR to inspect or copy these records, you may write directly to the PDR to request copies of the records.
Upon your agreement to pay the copying charges, the PDR will arrange for the records to be copied by a private contractor servicing the PDR.
You will be billed by the private contractor for the copying charges, plus tax and postage.
