related to construction of Skagit/Hanford Nuclear Project, Units 1 and 2k.
The Draft Environmental Staterent was prepared by qy staff in accordance with the statenent of general policy and procedure on inplementation of the flational Environruntal Policy Act of 1969, as set forth in the Comission's regulations, 10 CFR Part 51. The staterent has today been sent to the Environmental Pro-tection Agency and notice of its availability is being forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication. Coments will be due within 45 days after publication in the Federal Register of the Environrental. Protection Agency's listing notifying the public of issuance of the impact statement.
