i Change 'ECM 862 Rev 0, 1 and 3 - 1981 Change l
Description These changes disconnected and removed nuclear sample lines and associated components between Unit I and II.
The removal was done under NRC order.
Electrical changes were made to ensure that valves remain in closed positions.

Safety Evaluation Summary i
The removal of sample' lines between Units I-and II does not affect nuclear safety in that all open lines are valved shut and capped and all valves are-red tagged shut. This eliminates the possibility of any releases from the disconnected lines. -Nuclear sampling is unaffected in Unit I and alternate 1
sampling paths are available in Unit II.
The removal of lines does'not create a situation outside the bounds of any previous analysis. Therefore, 2-the change does not create.an unreviewed safety question.
