Dear Mr. Simmes:
This is in response to your letter dated February 9,1982 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of contract NRC-10-82-356 with any amendments and a copy of the winning proposal with any amendments.
During a telephone conversation between you and Linda Robinson on March 2, 1982, you were informed of the procedures to obtain a copy of the requested contract, which has already been made available at the NRC Public Document Room for public inspection and copying.
During that conversation, you agreed to accept a nonproprietary version of the proposal. We are enclosing nonproprietary versions of the technical proposal dated July 1981 and a 10-page revised technical proposal dated October 21, 1981.
We wish to take this opportunity to thank you for your cooperation in agreeing to an extension of time for our response to your request.
