We are expecting a public meeting regarding the license transfer of Indian Point to Holtec to happen in March of this year in Westchester County and expect enough advance notice so that we, the public, can make arrangements to attend.

Holtec has an embarrassingly horrific track record as far as decommissioning radioactive power plants is concerned.

They use inferior products. They do not maintain safety and integrity of even the inferior products used.

They manufacture their own inferior casks for containment.

Thin walls subject to cracks.

Not enough money in the till.

This is the worst possible scenario: using a company with a very bad track record that undoubtedly will be Page 1 of 2 02/20/2020 https://www.fdms.gov/fdms/getcontent?objectId=0900006484375426&format=xml&showorig=false

putting 20 million people at risk.

And not have enough money to do a proper job.

And not have enough money to finish a proper job.

Because they are down and dirty.

Down with cheap products, no community skin in the game and dirty money and politics.

With all of the current information you have available regarding Holtec, it is incomprehensible and a disgrace that you would even be considering allowing a license transfer to this company that has absolutely no regard for the communities they will be in or for the safety and well being of the public at large - 20 million people or so.
