Your request was approved by HRC's letter dated March 12,1982.

In accordance with fee Category 13 and Footnote 8 of Section 170.31, the expenditures required for review of the subject request are $190.

Therefore, we have notified the NRC Office of the Controller to issue your Company an invoice for the fee.
