SUBJECT:

Fort St. Vrain Unit No.

1 Emergency Response Planning l

i

Dear Mr. Collins:

In accordance with NUREG 0654, Item II.G., we have performed an annual update of public information issued'to residents within the i

five (5) mile EPZ.

This year we conducted our survey in conjunction with the issuance of l

the early warning tone alert radios. As a part of our door-to-door delivery of the radios, we surveyed each household to determine if the residents / businesses still had the Radiological Emergency Booklet i

which we issued in March 1981.

In those instances where the booklet i

was not retained or for some reason could not be readily located, we j

issued an abbreviated booklet, and at the same time, recorded the names and addresses of residents / businesses which required information replacement.

We have subsequently reprinted the booklet and will be sending out replacement copies the week of March 29, 1982.
