Thursday, February 20, 2020 4:32:24 PM To Whom It May Concern I am writing to request a local hearing regarding the proposed license transfer for the Indian Point nuclear power plant.

I believe that the owners of this plant will do whatever they can to shirk the responsibility they have to future generations to close the plant in a way that is safe.

A local hearing is needed to protect us and make the process fair and transparent.
