STATE OF ARKANSAS PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL REPORT FOR NRC/ STATE OF ARKANSAS ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING CONTRACT NO. NRC-05-76-379 Enclosed find the Performance Appraisal for the State of Arkansas Environmental Monitoring Contract for the period from January 1,1979 - December 31, 1981.
The appraisal report identifies several minor deficiencies.
The State's corrective action regarding these deficiencies will be reviewed in late 1982 prior to renewal of the existing contract.
