Dear Administrative Judges:

On behalf of Stone and Webster Engineering Corporation (ESW), and pursuant to the Board's Interim Confidentiality Order of April 7, 1982 in the above-referenced proceedings, we hereby respond to Suffolk County's (SC) Report on Confidentiality of Store and Webster Documents and Motion for Extension of Time to Repon on Use of Stone and Webster Quality Assurance Documents, dated April 29, 1982.

SC's Report and Motion designated Document 6 as one it desires to utilize in the above-captioned proceedings.

from public disclosure.

I S&W agrees with SC's request to defer designation of those portions of the S&W Quality Assurance Documents that it desires to utilize in the above-referenced proceeding.

I further understand that, pursuant to paragraph 3 of the Board's Order, S&W will have the opportunity to file papers seeking confidentiality for any documents so identified on a schedule to be established by the Board.
