DE5CtiPTION OF AMINDMINT/ MODIFICATION The purpose of this Modification No. 3 is to extend the period of performance in order for the Contractor to complete the automated program and test the associated equipment, and to change the location of the training to be provided to NRC personnel and Agreement State personnel pursuant to the authority of Clause 2 of the General Provisions entitled " Changes".
Therefore, contract no. NRC-02-80-022 is hereby modified as follows:
1.
Under Article I, 3.0 - Statement of Work, Phase III, Task 6, delete Paragraph "(c)" in its entirety and substitute the following in lieu thereof:
"(c) Training of NRC personnel and Agreement State personnel at the following locations:
(1) NRC NMSS Headquarters within the Washington, DC Metropolitan area;

Page 2 of 2 (2) NRC Region II in Atlanta, Georgia; (3) NRL Region IV in Arlington, Texas; and (4) NRC Region V in Walnut Creek, California.
Each individual training session specified above shall not exceed two (2) days duration and the total training program shall therefore not exceed eight (8) days. The time and date for each training session shall be as mutually agreed upon by the NRC and the Contractor."

Under Article I, 5.0 - Meetings and Trips, the following additional paragraph is hereby incorporated:
"In accordance with the training to be provided under Task 6 of Phase III, the Cont.ractor shall travel to the NRC NMSS Headquarters within the Washington, DC Metropolitan area; NRC Region II in Atlanta, Georgia; NRC Region IV in Arlington, Texas; and NRC Region V in Walnut Creek, California. The travel associated with the. training sessions shall not exceed two (2) days in any one (1) of the aforementioned locations, and therefore the total amount of training-related travel shall not exceed eight (8) days."

Article II - Period of Performance is hereby modified by deleting the date " April 15, 1982" in its entirety and substituting the date " July 15, 1982" in lieu thereof.

Paragraph B. of Article V - Overhead / General and Administrative Rates is hereby modified by deleting the date " April 15, 1982" in its entirety and substituting the date " July 15,1982" ~in lieu thereof.
The above changes result in no increase to either the total cost or the fixed fee under this contract.
