On March 31, 1982, we transmitted a letter to you from Edlow International Company which requested an amendment to export license XB00ll10.
In response to a State Department request for more information on this proposed a.nendment, enclosed please find a letter from Edlow.
In addition, please find a second letter from Edlow requesting that the proposed expiration date be changed from January 1, 1985 to June 1, 1988.
