This letter is to give notice that we have concurrently asked the Office of the Controller to bill your company for the review of Topical Report WCAP-9220/9221 - Westinghouse ECCS Evaluation Model - 1981 version, as describad in the May 15, 1981 proposal letter No. NS-TMA-2448. We understand that the staff of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation completed review of this revision on December 1,1981.
Fees for this review are in accordance with 10 CFR 170.21, Category F - Special Projects and Reviews.
The total cost to be billed is $10,725 based on review time involving 275 professional staff hours at $39 per hour. The invoice for this amount will be sent to you by the Office of the Controller within a few days. Upon your receipt of the invoice, payment should be made to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and forwarded to the Office of the Controller. When making payment, please make reference to the Controller's invoice number.
