Dear Dr. Lee:
This is in reply to your letter dated February 19, 1982, in which you clarified your February 5,1982 (copy enclosed) Freedom of Information Act (F0IA) request for information concerning the January 1982 incident at the Robert E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant.
Your February 5 rcquest was assigned the number F01A-82-94.
On February 9,1982 (copy enclosed) you requested a copy of a Themis P.
Speis' " draft report" concerning the Ginna incident.
This letter was treated as a separate FOIA and was assigned the number F01A-82-101.
I responded to F0IA-82-101 on February 22, 1982 by providing a copy of a document which we believed was the " draft report" you were requesting.
Since your letter of February 19 has narrowed the scope of your F01A 94 to the same document I provided in response to F01A-82-101 no further action will be taken on F01A-82-94.
Once again Carol Ann Reed unsuccessfully tried to reach you by telephone regarding this matter.
