This request is made pursuant to the Federal Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C.
552, for access to witz (a)
Request one complete copy of your report and any and all " documents / records" from your agency with respect to the Radioactive Leak, and Radioactive Steam which went into the air and atmosphere; when the Robert E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant incident in Ontario, New York last week.
2.
Also request that you mail me the complete name,
( firs c and last name), of the Chai tuan and President and mailing address of the Rochester Gas and Electric Corp., which owns this nuclear power plant.
3.
Your agency should with thirty (30) days issue a fell investigation and report concerning this incident.
4.
Your kindness and cooperation shall be greatly appreciated.
