Dear Ms. Lazerow:
This is in response to your letter dated March 16, 1982 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), a copy of the winning proposal submitted to NRC under Request for Prcposal No. RS-RES-81-204.
During a telephone conversation between you and Linda Robinson on March 24, 1982, you agreed to accept a nonproprietary version of the proposal.
In response to a previous F0IA request, a copy of the requested proposal has been made available for public inspection and copying in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR),1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20555.
You may obtain access to the requested record by presenting a copy of this letter to the POR or requesting folder FOIA-82-137 filed under the name of Kathy O'Reilly.
There is no charge for inspecting records at the PDR.
The charge for copying records maintained in the PDR is five cents ($0.05) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(a).
If you do not wish to visit the PDR to inspect or copy this record, you may obtain a copy by calling (634-3273) or writing directly to the PDR to request a copy.
Upon your agreement to pay the copying charges, the PDR will arrange for the record to be copied by a private con +,ractor servicing the PDR.
You will be billed by the private contractor for the copying charges, plus tax and postage.
