appeal 82-A-2C -- Devine -- regarding the investigative 6
jurisdiction of IE and 01A where the Commission is being asked i
7 to respond to an F0I A Appeal to release certain documents 8
related to the Investigative Jurisdiction of IE and ul A.
9 All Commissioners have approved a response that to releases two documents, withholds another one in part, and withholds in their entirety four other documents.

The second item, Mr. Chairman. is SECY-82-152, Diablo Canyon, Closing of Newmark Inquiry, and 15 this did not appear on our schedule.
