This is in response to your letter dated January 20, 1982 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of the non-proprietary version of the winning proposal from Science Applications, Inc., (SAI) under Contract No. NRC-80-02-035.
NRC recently issued Request for Proposal RS-NMS-82-027 " Licensing Technical Assistance", the subject of the proposal you requested, for which the deadline for submission of bids is March 9, 1982. Therefore, the enclosed requested nonproprietary version of .e SAI proposal has been prepared in light of the current competitive bidding process.
